6MBP50XAA065-50
650 V / 50 A Fuji Electric X series IPM in P629 with integrated drive and protection for HVAC, pump and servo drives.
The 6MBP50XAA065-50 is a 650 V / 50 A Fuji Electric intelligent power module in the P629 package, from the 7th-generation X series. An IPM integrates a complete three-phase inverter bridge with its gate drive circuits and protection logic in one package, so the power stage is driven directly by a microcontroller and the surrounding circuit design is dramatically simplified. The built-in protection covers overcurrent, short-circuit, undervoltage lockout and overtemperature, and the module outputs an alarm signal when a fault occurs so the controller can shut down safely. The 650 V class suits inverters fed from a rectified 200 to 240 V AC line, and the 50 A rating fits small motor drives such as air conditioners, pumps, fans and compact servos. The P629 package is a compact, board-mountable design with a screw terminal for the power connections. Every module is factory-traceable and ships with import declaration, certificate of origin and RoHS documentation. Designers set the overcurrent trip level and the control supply, then confirm the alarm hold times against their controller. BeiLuo holds this class in stock and our FAE team supports the control interface and thermal design for production builds.
FAE Professional Review
The 6MBP50XAA065-50 is the small-IPM workhorse for 220 V class appliance and pump drives. Because the driver and protection are inside, the board is simple and reliable, and the fault alarm makes safe shutdown easy. Just confirm the 15 V control supply and the overcurrent level before you design the PCB.

Frequently Asked Questions
What makes an IPM easier to design than a bare IGBT module?
An IPM includes the gate drivers and the protection logic, so you drive it directly from a microcontroller and do not design isolated gate drives or discrete fault circuits. It also outputs an alarm signal on a fault, which simplifies safe shutdown.
That saves board space and engineering time in high-volume products.
What control supply and logic level does it need?
A Fuji IPM uses a single 15 V control supply and accepts a 3.3 V or 5 V input signal, so it connects directly to common microcontrollers. Check the overcurrent trip level and the undervoltage threshold against your controller.
Our FAE team can review the interface.
Is this module genuine and documented?
BeiLuo supplies factory-traceable 6MBP50XAA065-50 modules sourced through Fuji Electric's authorized channel, with import declaration, certificate of origin and RoHS files on every order. This class is normally held in stock.
